Nithin Neelakanta is a Senior Analyst at Capvent India Advisors. He is a part of the Investment team, responsible for deal sourcing, evaluation, research, analysis and transaction execution. Nithin has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate advisory, Investment banking, Retail banking and Wealth management. He has previously worked for ICICI Bank, YES Bank and HSBC. Prior to Capvent, he was working with a Singapore based Investment Banking and Corporate advisory firm at their Mumbai and Singapore offices and was handling fund raising transactions for Indian companies though Debt, Equity and External commercial borrowings. He is a MBA in Finance and holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Mysore. He has completed CMFAS Module – Rules and Regulations for advising on Corporate Finance in Singapore.
Souba is a Vice President at Capvent India Advisors. She is responsible for research, analysis, due diligence support for investments and performance monitoring. Prior to Capvent, she was an instructor of Marketing and Accountancy for five years. Before that, she worked at Murugappa Morgan Thermal Ceramics and was responsible for the preparation of management reports and costing/budgeting functions. She holds a Masters degree in Commerce from Pondicherry University and has a diploma in Systems Management from NIIT.
