Since you're asking this question at 23, I assume you are having a problem? You should have told us about the problem? Viagra can help any male with a blood flow problem to the penis. Age isn't a factor. It can happen at any age. However, the probability of it happening at 23 is slight. At your age ED is usually caused by anxiety, exhaustion, alcohol or drug use, and several other conditions unrelated to blood flow. The big question is this.
